Job Description:
Colmore Education are currently looking for SEND teaching assistants! This is a full – time role which is a long-term position. Experienced teaching assistants are encouraged to apply for this role.
The school is located within proximity to Stechford, Kitts Green, Ward End and Hodge Hill.

*You will be supported by a committed leadership team and experienced learning support staff
*A diverse school that provides an exceptional learning environment for children with SEN
About this role:
*Supporting Early Years – KS3 children with autism and learning difficulties
*You will be supporting the class teacher and making sure that the needs of all the children are met
*Working 1:1 or in small groups to deliver lessons to suit the children’s needs
About you:
*Be patient as the special needs will vary
*Previous experience working with children who have SEND
*Have a calm and caring nature
*Understand supporting SEND children
*Have team teach training (preferred not essential)
Colmore Education guarantee that all staff have the right qualifications and have the right amount of experience when it comes to working in these settings. To be successful for this role, you must have at least 6 months experience, be punctual, have the correct qualifications, and have a positive attitude.
