An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor or People Development Advisor to join a globally recognised leader in real estate and facilities management. This role is integral to the smooth running of HR and people-related processes on-site, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.

The role is based within their Workplace Solutions division, which specialises in integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
Role Overview:
As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting managers and the wider team in delivering high-quality HR services. You will act as the key liaison for people-related matters, ensuring policies are implemented and upheld, recruitment processes are smooth, and staff performance is monitored effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage all on-site people issues in line with company HR policies, liaising with central HR teams and Manager.
*Provide guidance on employee relations and management issues, acting as a link between central HR and on-site staff.
*Support recruitment efforts, including creating roles on internal systems, liaising with recruiters, and facilitating onboarding processes such as site clearances and IT setup.
*Proactively review and improve existing policies and procedures, including creating joint client/company policies as needed.
*Oversee the site’s appraisal process, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
*Maintain accurate records of holidays and sickness absence, ensuring appropriate staffing levels at all times.
*Address absence management issues by meeting with employees and implementing follow-up actions.
*Conduct performance audits for staff in key areas, as directed by the client.
What We’re Looking For:
*At least two years’ experience in a similar HR or people-focused role.
*Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills.
*A positive and proactive personality, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
*Proven experience handling employee relations casework, with a sound understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into actionable advice for managers and employees.
*CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or experience to match. CIPD Level 5 is desirable but not essential.
