The Role
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses exploring their insurance options. Working with leads from our website, trusted partners, and other sources, you’ll qualify prospects and set them up for success with our expert Sales Executives. Your mission? To create a seamless and positive experience that stands out from the crowd.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Lead Qualifying: Transform inquiries into actionable opportunities by understanding business insurance needs.
*Customer Engagement: Bring your energy and professionalism to every conversation, leaving a lasting impression.
*CRM Management: Keep our database spotless with accurate, up-to-date client details.
*Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with advisors to ensure a smooth transition for qualified leads.
*Hitting Targets: Meet and exceed lead qualification goals with quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
*Sales/Customer Service Experience: A track record of outbound calling or lead qualification is a must.
*Fantastic Communicator: You’ve got the gift of the gab and know how to listen, too.
*Detail-Oriented: Precision and organization are in your DNA.
