We are recruiting for a newly created HR Management role within a fast paced, expanding professional services company.  Reporting in to the Director of People, you will support them in shaping culture, inspire People, and drive success.

What you will be doing:

As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of people operations. From recruitment to organisational development, performance management to employee engagement, you’ll lead initiatives that keep the team and managers motivated, engaged, and positioned to achieve their best. Working closely with leaders across the company, you’ll bring HR strategies to life, contributing to the mission and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
*Craft and execute strategies to attract the best talent and continue building a team that drives the vision forward.
*Lead end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job postings to on boarding new hires.
*Partner with department leaders to understand their unique staffing needs and deliver exceptional hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
*Be a trusted point of contact for employees, handling concerns and fostering an open, communicative environment.
*Support a culture of respect and collaboration by resolving conflicts and encouraging open dialogue.
*Champion employee engagement initiatives that keep the team connected, inspired, and motivated.
Performance & Development
*Drive a high-performance culture by supporting managers with their performance development process.
*Partner with managers to set clear, achievable goals, and provide guidance on growth and development.
*Coach leaders on performance improvement, ensuring every team member has the support they need to excel.
Compensation & Benefits
*Lead our compensation strategy, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
*Oversee benefits programs, from health insurance to wellness initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience.
*Continuously benchmark and refine offerings to stay at the forefront of employee satisfaction.
Compliance & Policy Development
*Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
*Safeguard employee records with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Organisational Development & Culture Building
*Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
*Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through organisational growth and transition.
*Gather insights through engagement surveys and turn feedback into actionable plans.
Data-Driven HR Insights
*Leverage HR data to assess the effectiveness of strategies, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
*Report on key HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and headcount, to support strategic decision-making.

What we are looking for:
*Experience: At least 5 years in HR with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
*Expertise: Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR strategy.

*Leadership & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire trust at all levels.
*Communication & Problem Solving: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for conflict resolution.

*Adaptability & Emotional Intelligence: An empathetic, adaptable leader who can navigate change and handle sensitive information with discretion.
