Supply Chain Manager, £42,000, Poole
As Supply Chain Manager you’ll be pivotal in ensuring the seamless supply of premium products and materials, ensuring that business needs are met. As well as managing a team you will be instrumental in overseeing supplier relationships and inventory control to ensure efficient stock levels.

With offices and showrooms based in London and Paris and a manufacturing facility in Poole, Rubicon’s client is a leading supplier of high-quality interior products. As Supply Chain Manager you’ll benefit from the following: -

As Supply Chain Manager you’ll be responsible for:-
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure reliability and performance
• Maintaining stock levels to ensure that products are available
• Work closely with customer service, suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure that quality levels are maintained on all products
• Overseeing freight procedures to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective import methods are achieved
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
As Supply Chain Manager you’ll have:-
• Proven experience in a supply chain management role
• An interest/ knowledge of interior/ textile or fashion industry
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
