An established law firm is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their brand new office and build their new team! If you’re driven and eager to advance your career, build a team, while building and maintaining strong client relationships, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities: *Drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
*Inheritance tax planning.
*Elderly client matters and estate administration.
*Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyship.
About You: *A qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in private client law.
*Strong technical skills in wills, trusts, tax planning and elderly client matters.
*Excellent communication and client management skills.
*Proven business development and networking abilities.
*A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work unsupervised.
