Job Description:
We are recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join a global company who have their UK head office based in Milton Keynes. Please note, this is a 1 year FTC maternity cover position, with possible extension/full employment. No remote working, fully office based.
As the HR & Recruitment Coordinator you will be supporting with the full employee lifecycle everything from recruitment, to onboarding, to career development and coaching, to offboarding. You will use our HR system, run reports, work with payroll, contribute in team meetings, participate in people projects, and overall provide enthusiastic HR support to your fellow colleagues. You will work onsite in Milton Keynes supporting all teams/functions.
Overall responsibilities:
*Assist with the recruitment and hiring of new employees in the Milton Keynes area.
*Help manage and maintain effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
*Assist with timely data entry for employee changes and payroll updates.
*Work with the HR Specialist regarding data integrity and the creation of value-added HR templates.
*Creating reports from Talent Connect.
*Creating HR documentation based on templates.
Requirements:
*At least 2 years experience within HR, with exposer to recruitment.
*Pursuing degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - preferably Excel and Word.
*Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
*Eagerness to learn and willingness to try.
