About the Role
As part of our Communities team, you’ll work with customers already in employment, helping them take the next step in their careers. Whether it’s changing career paths, securing more hours, or advancing in their current role, you’ll provide structured coaching and support.
You will be based in either our Basingstoke or Wembley office where you will be hybrid working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
*Passionate about helping customers achieve work aspirations
*Skilled at coaching and setting achievable goals
*Positive and engaging with internal and external partners
*Organised, self-motivated, and driven to make a difference
Employment Support experience is helpful but not essential. We welcome candidates with transferable skills who can deliver meaningful advice and guidance.
