Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a globally renowned IT company, providing support to account managers and clients across national and international markets.
Based in Central London and working as part of a dynamic team in a collaborative work environment, this is a great opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in sales support administration seeking a hybrid role, offering progression, great benefits and a good holiday package.
Key Responsibilities:
o Liaise with suppliers to gather quotes and pricing information
o Prepare initial quotes for IT products for sales team to review
o Work closely with the sales team to refine client quotes and ensure accuracy
o Procurement and order processing
o Source quotes and recommend suppliers based on cost and delivery
o Manage the sales ordering process to ensure timely delivery of orders
o Verify deliveries on arrival, process delivery notes and invoices
o Manage returns for faulty goods
o Manage inbox for all purchasing enquiries and orders
o Create accurate invoices for clients and monitor credit control
o Review invoices against delivery notes and send to accounts for payment
o Maintain clear communication with clients and management regarding billing matters
o Assist with client contract renewals
Key Skills:
o Strong IT skills with a high level of numeracy
o Excellent communication skills
o Proven ability to multi-task under pressure and manage time effectively
o High attention to detail and a flexible approach to work
o Experience in billing, procurement, or accounts is advantageous
