Job title: CRM Content Executive
Location: London ( 3 days on-site, 2 days remote )
Contract duration: 6 months ( starting January 2025 )
Pay Rate: £155 per day (Outside IR35)
An online retailer is looking for an experienced CRM Content Executive to join a dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced luxury retail enviroment . This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in CRM, email marketing, calendar planning, content creation, and briefing, who is ready to bring their skills to a new, exciting project.
Key Responsibilities:
*CRM Management: Develop, execute, and optimise CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
*Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is relevant, compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines.
*Content Creation & Briefing: Write, edit, and proofread content for CRM communications, and brief creative teams on content requirements.
*Calendar Planning: Organise and manage content schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all CRM activities and campaigns.
*Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights, feedback, and ensure the smooth execution of CRM strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience: *Proven experience in CRM and Email Marketing.
*Strong background in calendar planning, ensuring the efficient execution of content and campaigns.
*Expertise in content creation, including writing and briefing creative teams.
*Experience using Trello for task management and project coordination (Bonus).
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
