Our mainstream primary school, rated ’Good’ by Ofsted, is committed to meeting the needs of a diverse range of children aged 2-11 years. We are proud to have a newly opened Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) designed specifically for pupils with severe and complex learning needs. As the Inclusion Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our provision, working within a modern, state-of-the-art building with excellent facilities and extensive grounds. Our students are truly inspiring, and the team is dedicated to ensuring that each child receives the support they deserve.

Inclusion Lead - ELP - Job Details:
The Headteacher and Governing Body are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Inclusion Lead from January 2025. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN professional to take on a leadership position, guiding and supporting a dedicated team to meet the diverse needs of pupils within our Enhanced Learning Provision. You will work closely with the wider school team, as well as our early years partners, to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
In this role, you will have the chance to further develop your knowledge and skills in SEN leadership while benefiting from professional development opportunities through our partnership with the Teaching Schools Alliance. You will be supported in leading change and driving high standards across the provision, within a vibrant and collaborative environment.
