Our client is a prominent provider of high-quality commercial interior fit-outs, specialising in exceptional partitions, carpentry and ceiling suspended ceiling services.
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Candidates of all levels will be considered.
Quantity Surveyor
Package:
*Up to £60,000 basic salary DOE
*Car allowance
*20 days holiday + BH
*Company pension scheme
Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain accurate project estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
*Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering assessments.
*Identify and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
*Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring risks are minimized and value maximized.
*Track project costs and progress to ensure alignment with financial plans.
*Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
*Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members.
*Maintain effective communication with clients to meet their expectations.
*Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and legal frameworks.
*Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Quantity Surveyor
Key Qualifications & Experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
*Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in commercial interiors or construction.
*Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
*Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
