Job Description:
You will be working for a global leader in empowering teams and organisations through innovative tools and solutions that promote self-awareness and growth. We’re seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of UK and EMEA clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful interventions, build strategic relationships, and help clients unlock their full potential.
During your probation period, this role requires full-time office presence, after which a hybrid model may be offered.
Key Responsibilities:
*Client Management & Growth: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their objectives, and develop strategies to maximise value.
*Solution Delivery: Pitching workshops, webinars, and upskill sessions, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
*Account Strategy: Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM, track pipelines, and ensure timely invoicing and payment processes.
*Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and support new business opportunities.
*Pitching: Lead development sessions to educate clients on psychometric tools and services
Requirements
*Experience: A minimum of 2 years in account management or a learning & development/training background, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
*Skills: Strong communication, networking, and facilitation abilities; digitally savvy and highly organised.
*Mindset: Proactive, creative, and committed to personal and professional growth.
*Education: Degree-level education in Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
*Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as required.
