Job Description:
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the housing industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the sector, is seeking a Senior Procurement Partner to join their team.
As the Senior Procurement Partner, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding procurement service, ensuring compliance with legislation and maximising the use and knowledge of products within the organisation. This is an exceptional chance to leverage your expertise and contribute to the strategic goals of our client.
Responsibilities:
*Plan, deliver, coordinate, and resource the annual framework/dynamic model procurement plan
*Manage and implement framework/dynamic model performance reviews
*Oversee the implementation of products and launches
*Supporting customers with procurement tenders and category management
*Utilise electronic systems to support tendering
*Collaborate with internal teams to market, train, and communicate on procurements
Requirements:
*A minimum of 3 years of public sector procurement experience
*In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement, particularly framework and dynamic model creation and management
*Knowledge of construction and housing categories is essential
*Minimum of Level 4 CIPS qualification
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
