Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to support and guide children in their educational and personal development. This role involves working closely with children, employing various educational techniques, including Applied Behaviour Analysis, to enhance their skills and confidence.
The Role:
*£80 - £100 per day
*Full, Time Long term

Responsibilities
*Provide one-on-one mentoring to children, focusing on their individual needs and learning styles.
*Develop and implement educational plans that incorporate techniques from Early Childhood Education and Speech Therapy.
*Utilise Applied Behaviour Analysis strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
*Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other educators to ensure a collaborative approach to each child’s development.
*Assist in tutoring sessions to reinforce academic concepts and skills.
*Engage in toddler care activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
*Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for all children under your care.
Skills
*Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and their families.
*Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles is highly desirable.
*Background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is beneficial.
*Familiarity with Speech Therapy techniques is an advantage.
*Ability to mentor and tutor effectively, adapting approaches based on individual needs.
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for child development are essential traits for success in this role.
