The Role
You’ll be supporting a 29-year-old individual with complex needs transitioning from hospital care to a supported living home. Working in a 4-bed shared house, you’ll play a vital role in helping them thrive in their new environment.

What You’ll Do
*Provide compassionate, tailored care.
*Assist with mobility (using aids).
*Administer PEG feeding and manage epilepsy care.
*Support communication, independence, and emotional well-being.
*Help with daily tasks while ensuring dignity and respect.
Shifts
*2:1 Support: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
*1:1 Support: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
*1:1 Waking Nights: 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM
About You
*Experience with complex care (learning disabilities, epilepsy, post-stroke care) is a plus.
*Caring, patient, and committed to high-quality support.
*Team player with great communication skills.
