Job Description:
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a business based in North Bristol for a period of circa 3 months - Which has the potential to become permanent, if you wish.
Role: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Duration: Circa 3 months
Start date: ASAP
Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hours a week, fully office based
Free parking is available
Responsibilities include:
*Sales Ledger
*Assisting with month end
*Purchase Ledger
*Bank reconciliations
*Posting cash, cheques and credit cards
*Managing petty cash
Skills/Experience needed:
*Previous experience in managing accounts payable ledger end to end - As a minimum
*AAT qualified as a minimum
*Confident communicator
*Computer literate - Including being comfortable using Excel
*Natural problem solver
