Be the Booking Hero: Manage group reservations from the go-ahead stage to the final deadline, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.
Collaborate with Confidence: Build strong relationships with hoteliers and suppliers while confirming services promptly.
Lead with Impact: Mentor overseas teams to hit deadlines and deliver top-notch results.
Master Budgets: Book hotels within set budgets and boost profitability with your expert negotiation skills.
?? Solve Challenges: Research and plan for tricky bookings in advance, ensuring a flawless experience.
?? Stay Organized: Keep the Tourplan system updated to prioritize and streamline bookings.
�? Work as a Team: Partner with contracting, accounting, and sales teams to deliver unforgettable travel experiences.
?? What We’re Looking For Bring your passion and skills to the table! We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced: With a background in reservations (B2B experience preferred) within a hotel or tour operator.
Knowledgeable: Familiar with key European travel destinations (Tourplan experience is a major bonus).
Skilled: Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Bonus points if you speak Italian, Spanish, French, or German! �?
Proactive: A self-starter with an eye for detail who thrives under pressure.
Leader Material: Previous experience in group hotel reservations and supervising teams of 6+ is a big plus!
