Job Title: Occupational therapist/Physiotherapist
Grade: Band 6
Department: Intermediate Care
Location: Rotherham Hospital, Moorgate Road, S602UD
Trust: Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £22.99
Are you a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist/ Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment?
Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join their team where you will deliver a high standard of care within the intermediate care team.
Main duties of the job
*Providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patients’ needs.
*Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
*Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
*Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
*Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
*A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
*HCPC registration
*Proven experience in delivering high-quality care in community or rehabilitation settings.
*Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
