Our client is a reputable claimant law firm based in Manchester who are currently recruiting a Military Claims Solicitor.

Your new role
This Military Claims Solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of military cases against the Ministry of Defence. You may also be responsible for some industrial disease claims where required. The caseload will consist of complex, high-value military claims.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with a strong understanding of the CPR. Applicants should have a working understanding of military claims, noise-induced hearing loss and/or short-tail or long-tail industrial disease claims.
