Job Description:
A growing business with a well-deserved reputation for being one of the oldest and most trusted online car leasing companies in the UK is seeking a customer-focused Administrator to join the team in Stoke-on-Trent.
Along with a salary of up to £26,500 per annum, you will also receive a free Nuffield gym membership, full uniform, fully expensed outings and events and free onsite parking.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Administrator:
*Chasing customers for paperwork and proofs
*Processing incoming post, checking contracts, submitting to funders
*Chasing dealers and suppliers for information, due dates, registration and chassis numbers
*Progressing lease vehicles through the sales process
*Looking after existing customer queries.
We’re looking for an Administrator with:
*Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
*Excellent organisational skills are required
*Strong IT skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
*A full, UK driving licence
*Be happy on the phone, be personable and customer focused
*Possess the ability to deal with challenging customer conversations on occasion, delivering difficult news to customers and resolving issues.
*Being organised and methodical with an eye for detail
*Strong attention to detail.
