Job Description:
Management Accountant *Annual Salary: £50,000
*Location: Dagenham, London
*Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
We are seeking a Management Accountant for a temporary 3-month role, with potential for extension. This position is integral to providing management accounting support across our diverse group entities, ensuring compliance and enhancing financial systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Produce and review monthly management accounts and payroll journals.
*Conduct thorough reconciliations for payroll, costs, revenues, and intercompany balances.
*Manage detailed balance sheet accruals and ensure accurate journal processing.
*Assist in budget production and monthly accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to deliver financial reports and forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified AAT/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent experience, preferably in a facilities management environment.
*Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
*Strong understanding of management accounting techniques including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of handling complex financial issues.
