A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly personable and organised Client Services Manager to join a luxury healthcare clinic in the West End! This role requires you to work with the practices high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth clients and ensure that their first-class customer service standards are always met. Who you are:
*You will be highly organised and adaptable.
*Ideally possess previous experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele.
*Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*Possess the ability to multitask and handle several clients at one time
What you will do:
*Communicate with clients over email and telephone
*Enter client details into the practices database
*Coordinate health assessment days for clients
*Meet and greet on day of assessment
*Oversee invoicing and liaising with the finance department
*Serving as the overall point of contact for all clients assigned to you
