Job Description:
Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Package: £25-30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role:
* Sourcing talent to fill vacancies
* Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
* Researching your market
* Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face
* Interviewing candidates
* Building relationships with existing and new clients
* Networking
* Building a personal brand in your chosen market
* Matching candidates who align with the client’s company culture and values
