Location: Bexley or Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing various size projects. Reporting to the site-based Commercial Manager, your day-to-day duties will include the following:
*Preparation and submission of monthly valuations
*Set up initial Cost Value Report (CVR) utilising the Estimators tender summary
*Update CVR monthly and communicate figures to the Commercial Manager
*Advise internally on cash flow forecasts as necessary
*Work closely with and agree contract programmes with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager and monitor progress commercially
*Assist and resolve any client-related issues or disputes
*Review sub-contractor and Major Suppliers Commercial performance on completion of contracts, giving feedback where appropriate
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have managed projects or packages circa £10 to £30m within the residential sector. You should also have excellent planning and organisation skills, good negotiation and communication skills, good time management skills, be self-motivating, and highly numerate. Evidence of maintaining a professional, consistent, and fair approach is also required.
