Job Description:
Part-Time Administrator
Location: Office-based, Edinburgh
Hours: 18.75 hours per week
Salary: £12.24 per hour
Duration: ASAP until 28th February 2024 (may be extended)
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their small, dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring efficient administration and data management for a well-established organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Support the efficient administration of the organisation.
*Take lead responsibility for managing administrative data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
*Assist in preparing agendas and papers for key meetings and committees.
*Support website updates for specific areas of the organisation’s WordPress site.
*Oversee the maintenance of the organisation’s official contacts database.
Key Skills and Attributes:
*Professional and approachable attitude.
*Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
*Ability to work independently and flexibly, as part of a small team.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Good level of general numeracy.
*Proficient in using MS Office Suite (or equivalent) to an intermediate level.
