We’re hiring a Chemical Process Operator to join a leading privately-owned chemical manufacturing company. With over £125 million annual turnover and a team of 500+ professionals across the UK, we’re at the forefront of innovation and safety in the industry. Join us at our West Thurrock site and play a vital role in ensuring our chemical plant operates smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
*Monitor and oversee the production process to ensure quality and safety.
*Log and archive data to maintain accurate records.
*Manage stock to ensure resources meet production demands.
*Work closely with the Lab Department to uphold standards.
*Supervise goods in and out, including loading/unloading road tankers using forklifts.
*Report issues promptly to the appropriate manager or department.
*Follow all safety protocols and wear personal protective clothing at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience as a Process Operator (1 year preferred).
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
*Prior chemical processing experience is an advantage.
