Job Description:
Are you a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience designing intuitive, user-centred digital products? Would you like to play a key role in shaping the user experience for innovative solutions in the construction sector?
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our organisation on a full-time basis, working across a range of digital products to deliver exceptional design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
*Design and deliver intuitive user experiences by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals.
*Conduct user research and testing to gather insights, identify pain points, and validate design decisions.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate requirements into effective designs.
*Apply design systems and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across digital products.
*Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, performance data, and testing outcomes to continuously improve usability and engagement.
*Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design across web and mobile applications.
*Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
*Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to refine designs.
*Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
