Behaviour Mentor - Bristol

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a Mixed Secondary School in Bristol.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting pupils in the Study Support Centre. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Planning and delivering small group activities and interventions
*Monitoring and tracking the progress of pupils within the Study Support Centre
*Working closely with other Teaching Assistants and members of the support team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
*Providing behavioural support and guidance to students on a 1:1 or small group basis
*Assisting in the development of personalised learning plans
*Supporting students in managing their emotions and behaviour
*Helping students to develop social skills and improve their engagement in school
Requirements
This role is suitable for Teaching Assistants looking to take on more responsibility or experienced Behaviour Mentors. We welcome applications from both British-trained and overseas-trained Behaviour Mentors.
To be shortlisted for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
*Right to work in the UK
*Clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS
*Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor on SEN Teaching Assistant in UK schools
*Located within a commutable distance of Bristol
