In this role you will:
• Daily processing of all vehicle-related invoices.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of weekly payment runs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding failed payments or outstanding debts, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of account activity in relevant systems.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans with customers to address failed collections, ensuring mutually agreeable solutions.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in completing monthly reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely insights.

• Organised - able to simultaneously track and progress multiple accounts.
• Team player - work as part of a team, supporting one another to ensure our customers receive a fantastic service.
