Are you a graduate looking to gain classroom experience in preparation for teacher training?
A primary school in Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. This full-time, one-year contract (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM) focuses on supporting a KS2 class, with an emphasis on Numeracy and Literacy.
The Role:
*Support small groups and individual students in Numeracy and Literacy
*Assist the class teacher with classroom activities
*Encourage active student participation and engagement
*Help create engaging learning materials
*Provide general classroom support and monitor progress
*Foster students’ social and emotional development
Ideal Candidate:
*Previous Teaching Assistant Experience
*Graduate with a 2:1 or above
*Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
*Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Strong communication skills and creativity
*Located in Bristol or willing to relocate
