Role: Year 5 Teacher (Temporary to Permanent contract)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
Veritas Education is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Accrington for a Year 5 Teacher to join their team from January 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated primary teacher who is looking to make a positive impact on students’ learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality, engaging, and inclusive lessons to Year 5 students as a primary teacher.
*Develop, plan, and implement differentiated learning activities tailored to students’ needs.
*Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
*Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning and respect, as a dedicated primary teacher.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
*Adhere to school policies, safeguarding regulations, and health and safety procedures, maintaining a professional role as a primary teacher.
Ideal Candidate:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience preferred but not essential).
*A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential as a primary teacher.
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*A team player, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to the wider school community.
*Commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
