Your new role

This corporate lawyer role will see you join a nicely sized team that acts for an impressive roster of clients. Your role will mainly be focused around M&A and you will work closely with clients on a range of deals. The clients are a mix of SMEs and larger corporates. The role will enable you to get actively involved in business development initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years’ pqe. You will be an effective communicator who can provide pragmatic solutions for clients.
