This is the opportunity to join an, inclusive and collaborative business within building control providing Building Control services to various clients across a variety of commercial sectors.

In this role you will be a valued Surveyor, seen as a partner rather than an employee, with main duties centred around high level of technical expertise to our clients, and be aware of the commercial aspect of the client’s needs and expectations.

This role would suit a skilled Building control surveyor or similar looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a business with huge reach.

THE ROLE:
*Working on exciting and challenging schemes in all sectors
*Providing technical expertise to a range of clients across various sectors
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
*Collaborate with clients, regarding technical and commercial needs and expectations


Must be experienced as a surveyor with level 2A or above

THE PERSON:
*Building Control Surveyor or similar
*Level 2A OR above qualified
*Corporate membership of the MCABE/MRICS or working towards this qualification.
*A focused and commercially aware approach.
*Be able to use their own initiative and think imaginatively in resolving issues.
