Key Responsibilities: * Provide legal advice on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings. * Advise clients on claims related to time, cost, and defective work/design during and after construction projects. * Handle non-contentious construction law matters, including procurement and contract negotiation. * Work closely with senior team members and clients to manage construction-related disputes and contribute to the firm’s growth. Key Skills & Experience: * Strong background in contentious construction law (adjudication, arbitration, mediation, litigation). * Experience with construction claims related to time, money, and defective work/design. * Willingness to assist with non-contentious construction law matters. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
