This company are Europe’s largest 4x4 dealer and have recently been awarded a Best Places to Work 2024 spot in The Sunday Times. Handling a range of exceptional vehicles from Lamborghini’s to Bently’s, they are rapidly growing their professional team to continue their excellent work.
This role will see the suitable candidate to act as the backbone of the sales and buying operations, accurately processing payments and supporting the wider running through seamless administration assistance. The suitable individual will demonstrate exceptional data handling and organisational skills, whilst looking to develop and grow.

The Role:
*Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week on a rota between 08:30 and 21:00
*Invoice used vehicles, prepare detailed handover packs and manage warranties for approved and non-approved cars
*Reconcile daily banking transactions, maintain accurate financial records and oversee the dealership’s funding systems
*Ensure vehicle preparation processes are seamless by monitoring and pushing required actions
*Check, maintain and update internal reports to support operational efficiency
*Conduct thorough file checks and maintain up-to-date payment records
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and handle ad hoc tasks directed by management
The Person:
*Previous experience within an Administration role essential
*Previous industry experience advantageous
*Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
