An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concession Manager to join a womenswear brand in their department in Beales Poole Dorset. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded Manager who is looking to take their next step within fashion retail.

Responsibilities:
* Management experience

* Maximising concession sales

* Delivering exceptional customer service

* Stock management; including but not limited to processing deliveries, stocktaking, replenishment and recall

* Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards in-line with company guidelines

* Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions, to tight deadlines

* Building excellent relationships with host store staff

* Ensuring any required administration is completed

Requirements:
* Customer service focused

* Proven experience in a retail role

* Ability to work to targets

* Highly organised

* Enthusiastic and willing to be hands-on

* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as lead a team

* Flair for visual merchandising

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships
