Job Description:
Job title: IT Support Engineer
Salary: £35,000-£37,000
Location: Finsbury park - Fully onsite with travel to Manchester once a month - fully expensed
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
We are working with a firm based in Finsbury park who are on the hunt for an IT Support Engineer who will have the opportunity to expand on their skillset in the cloud and infrastructure areas.
The IT Support Engineer will be the 1st point of contact supporting a user base of 120 users face to face and remotely in a team of 2. As the IT Support Engineer you will also have the chance to work on projects such as cloud migrations and laptop refreshes.
Essential skills - IT Support Engineer:
*Windows 10/11 - troubleshooting experience
*Office 365 support
*VMware, Citrix or Hyper-V - knowledge
*Hardware support
*Active Directory - user administration & editing group policies
*Networking - knowledge
*Clear communication skills
Desirable skills - IT Support Engineer:
*VMware experience
*Antivirus experience
*Industry experience
*Experience supporting Dell and HP devices
*Mac and Apple device support experience
*Experience with Architecture software (Newforma, PDQ Deploy / inventory, Union Square, Open Asset, Revit, Autocad, V-Ray, Sketchup)
*Any Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications
