Description
*The IT Desktop Support Analyst role will provide first-line and second-line support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
*Escalate complex IT issues to senior team members as needed.
*Conduct routine checks and maintenance of PCs, laptops and peripheral devices.
*Install and configure new IT equipment and software.
*Contribute to IT-related projects and initiatives.
*Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
*Assist in training staff on the use of software and hardware.
*Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
Profile
As the successful candidate for the IT Desktop Support Analyst role, you should have experience at a 2nd Line level in:
*Windows 11
*Office365
*Active Directory
*PC/laptop break-fix
*SCCM and/or InTune
In addition, you will ideally have:
*A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain technical information in a non-technical way.
