Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join a leading distribution business in Basingstoke. Our client are looking for resilient, bubbly individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Handle and resolve a wide range of customer service issues
- Providing effective, timely and high-quality service via phone and email
- Dealing with queries and liaising with internal departments
- Working closely with the transport team
- Building and maintaining key business relationships
Requirments
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resilient and emphatic when required
- Excellent administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
The Role:
- Salary of £27,456 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- 1 in 8 Saturdays will be required to be worked, paid at double time along with one bank holiday.
