SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / SALES MANAGER - MARKET LEADING AGENT £60,000
Are you a seasoned estate agent ready for a new challenge with one of Finchley’s top agents?
Our client have been operating in the Finchley area for over 35 years and maintained a phenomenal brand reputation due to delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with at-least three years of industry experience, and is capable of working pro-actively and unsupervised (at times).
Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
*At-least some experience of valuations
*Conduct property viewings.
*Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
*Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
*Manage the sales progression process.
Requirements as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
*Minimum proven track record of at least 3 years in property sales.
*Your own vehicle
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Self-motivated and driven to hit monthly targets.
*Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
*Previous experience managing the sales progression process.
