Are you an Operational HR Partner with strategic strengths in engagement with a CIPD or equivalent qualification looking to work in the Education sector?
We are delighted to be working with our Education client who are looking for a regional HR Business Partner to lead on key projects to support strategic objectives whilst driving the operational day to day of the HR team. Duties include:
*Working with the HR Advisor to lead on case management
*Taking lead on driving engagement strategy and supporting management to ensure staff wellbeing through a structured engagement programme
*Leading performance management ensuring management are powered to develop high performing teams as well as developing reward solutions
*Succession planning and talent pipelining
*Assisting with restructures and reduction programmes
*Advising senior leaders on consultations with trade unions
*Working with wider HR team to create and update policies and procedures
This is a full time permanent position working 37 hours per week with regular travel required across Nottinghamshire and wider Midlands sites (full expensed).
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher / equivalent and be able to demonstrate recent relevant experience working as a HR Business Partner. Prior experience within the Education sector is desired but not essential along with extensive knowledge within UK employment law.
You will have experience working with trade unions, leading on complex ER case work, an understanding of workforce planning and experience leading on engagement initiatives.
