Senior Site Fitter / Installer
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, plus overtime opportunities.
Pay: £17.00 - £20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
Your main responsibilities:
*Install architectural metalwork products on-site according to specifications and safety standards.
*Perform on-site welding and polishing to ensure high-quality finishes.
*Collaborate effectively with your mate to complete installations efficiently and to a high standard.
*Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
*Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company positively to clients.
The ideal candidate:
*A minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural metalwork fitting (preferred).
*A full UK driving licence to travel to various sites.
*NVQ Level 2 in an appropriate discipline.
*A valid CSCS skill card (blue or higher).
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Willingness to travel and stay away from home, when necessary, as our projects may be located outside of the Kingswinford area.
Additional Qualifications: While not essential, additional qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, and SSSTS would be highly regarded. We are committed to the professional development of our staff and will provide continuous in-house training to enhance your skills.
