About the role:
As Operations and Compliance Assistant, you’ll be reporting to the company director.
In this role, you will manage a wide range of responsibilities, providing you with the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and gain valuable cross-departmental experience.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will help create a welcoming environment that reflects our client’s professional image. You will enhance your customer service skills through reception duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments and organising meetings.
You will also oversee team travel arrangements, assist with audits and ISO compliance activities, handle insurance renewals and issue purchase orders.
Additionally, you will support HR functions, including the onboarding of new employees and the organisation of training courses.
About you:
You’ll have a minimum of 2 years within a similar compliance or operations role, ideally with some exposure to HR, procurement or quality management.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
