We are currently seeking a Block Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Who We’re Looking For
*Experienced Professional: You should have experience in a similar property management role and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
*Detail-Oriented: The property sector is fast-paced, so we need someone who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar.
*Engaging Communicator: We need someone who can build excellent rapport with both residents and clients, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service.
*Qualifications: Ideally, you will be working towards an TPI qualification or higher.
Key Responsibilities
No two days are the same, but here are some typical tasks you might be involved with:
*Managing a portfolio of developments in the North
*Overseeing the full lifecycle of buildings up to 18 metres and above
*Coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations
*Developing relationships and communications with senior stakeholders
*Collaborating with Building Managers to ensure high standards of maintenance and residential satisfaction
*Developing and managing property budgets, including forecasting and tracking income and expenditures
*Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
*Reviewing and approving invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
*Ensuring properties comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
*Preparing and presenting regular reports on property performance, financial status, and operational metrics
