IT Supply | Hardware Technician | IT Administrator
Our large client requires an IT Support & Asset Management Analyst to join their team.
You will be an active part of the IT Supply team who would be responsible for the processing and distributing of orders for equipment, dealing with fault calls for hardware issues, warranty replacements and mobile devices. You would configure computers and mobile devices for users across our clients estate. 
You would be able to troubleshoot issues with our hardware and would have the ability to replace parts and repair problems with our equipment. Part of the role would also include processing equipment returns and disposals as well as auditing stock.
*Imaging laptops
*Setting up new starters
*Updating Leavers 
*Removing leavers laptops on AD and SCCM to image laptops
*Updating and managing assets
*Managing users and groups using AD
*Ordering new devices and equipment
*Dealing with user enquiries and issues via emails and calls
