Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the company’s sales department. You will be responsible for processing incoming orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing high-quality support to both clients and the internal sales team. Key Responsibilities:
*Order Management: Handle incoming orders from clients, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently in the company’s system.
*Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, providing information about products, order status, and after-sales support.
*Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative assistance and ensure that the sales process runs smoothly from order to delivery.
*Invoice & Documentation: Prepare invoices, manage shipping documents, and assist with the preparation of quotations and contracts as required.
*Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s luxury lighting products to effectively communicate product details and assist customers with their needs.
*Multilingual Communication: Use your fluency in either German or Italian to communicate effectively with international customers, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
*CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system.
*Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding orders, deliveries, or products, and work proactively to resolve them.
Key Requirements:
*Language Skills: Fluency in either German or Italian is essential.
*Experience: Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role, preferably within the luxury goods or lighting industry, though not essential.
*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
*Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
*Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other business tools.
