Description
The successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist will:
Implementation Support
*Manage the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central requirements.
*Collaborate with departments to document requirements, identify solutions, and configure the system based on business needs.
*Customise and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL, C/AL, or .NET, ensuring it aligns with operational requirements.
*Coordinate with our external strategic Partner for customisation’s and oversee integration with other enterprise systems.
Training and Support
*Develop training materials and deliver user training for Dynamics 365 Business Central based on issues and requests you receive.
*Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective use by end-users.
*Maintain system documentation, including technical manuals and user guides or coordinate this actively with the external Partner.
Data Migration and Integration
*Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and successful transfers.
*Implement and manage system integration’s, using APIs or middleware for seamless connectivity with other tools.
System Maintenance
*Monitor and optimise the performance of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
*Perform regular updates and upgrades while minimising testing effort and alignment.
*Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
*Evaluate and implement new features or modules in Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet evolving business needs.
*Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in ERP systems to recommend optimisation’s.
Profile
A successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist should have:
*Proven experience in technical implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
*Hands on systems customisation and documentation for further improvement.
*Strong programming skills in AL, C/AL, .NET, and experience with system integration.
*Sound knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and customisation options.
*Analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and process challenges.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
*Fluent in English.
*German is a plus.
