Recruitment Administrator Location: Gillingham

Job Description: We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to manage our recruitment process and provide administrative support to the HR Manager. This role involves supporting the HR Manager on a daily basis as needed.
Our company specializes in delivering high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations and regeneration contracts throughout London and the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
*Advertise and maintain vacancies on various job boards using our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
*Assist with the initial screening of CVs.
*Review CV applications and coordinate with management regarding shortlisted candidates.
*Arrange interviews, including preparing interview schedules and inviting candidates.
*Conduct initial phone screening calls when necessary.
*Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
*Obtain interview feedback from hiring managers.
*Liaise with recruitment agencies.
*Keep the ATS updated with candidate progress and notes.
*Compile and report management information (MI) on a weekly and monthly basis.
*Promote and encourage feedback from candidates and employers to drive continuous improvement.
*Adhere to recruitment processes, policies, and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
*Proficiency in using job boards.
*Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
*Experience with external agencies is desirable but not essential.
*Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Prior experience with an ATS.
*Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
*Professional and confident demeanor.
*Competent in using MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
