Job Description:
Our clients are seeking a strong administrator to assist in a busy admin department, working in a team of 4!
Main duties
• Processing and logging all project data, including entering information into electronic formats (MS Excel mainly)
• Assisting with the development, review, updating and distribution of all resident communication documentation/material, ensuring high quality and compliance with client/project requirements
• Work with site staff to iplement effective practices
• Book appointments with residents for surveys and works
• Answer calls from resients and pass queries onto the appropriate project teams
• Send out letters in mail merges to residents
Skills and knowledge
• Confident oral and written communication skills
• Communicate effectively with all those who have a stake in the work
• Effectively manage time to meet deadlines
• Previous experience within administration in a construction environment would be an advantage
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and good level of capability with other MS Office suite programmes
• Experience of working in customer-facing environment
• Highly organised, persistent individual with an eye for detail
This is an Immediate start, there is every chance this role could go permanent for the right person too.
